@Vandheer is right to upload the file on mega.nz, pdfcoffee is not an approved filehoster although it ensures mostly trouble-free downloading. Better to upload it to a personal account.

No discussion of the content of books, read the Book Share Rules. Requests belong in the Book Request Section. We try to run a tight ship here, without rules it would be chaos here (and not the interesting kind).
