A book that explores the occult in its intersection with modernism, with a focus on the literary and audiovisual arts. The proposed ´´Occult Modernism´´ is historically dissected, theoretically and practically described, discussed and reflected upon from its onset up to current schools of thought on the field. Revising both the historical, philosophical and cultural evolution of occult modernist ideas through some representative art-works and a study of the artists-occultists that made such art-works, their historical context, their influences and their impact on future generations. The book includes the participation of Tessel M. Bauduin, Sasha Chaitow, Giuliano D’Amico, Per Faxneld, Victoria Ferentinou, Benedikt Hjartarson, Henrik Johnsson, Marja Lahelma, Gísli Magnússon, Kristoffer Noheden.
