What are you favorite elemental banishing or invocation rituals?

Elemental meaning focused on one of the 4 primary elements. Earth, Air, Fire, Water.

I am looking to catalog some rituals to use as jumping off points in designing a set of rituals for consecration purposes.

I was reading something recently about Heart Rhythm Meditation and they use 4 types of breathing. Seems to me it could be used in elemental Magick:

These 4 obviously are Earth, Water, Fire, Air.
Seems like something that could be a nice (gimmick or) addition to the type of ritual you are doing, or the different parts of a ritual
